Bad Breath/Halitosis : How to deal with it

mga bai..unsay tambal sa halitosis?..actually i don't know if halitosis ba ni siya..
ani ni siya...

nagpa consult nako og dentist..then nagpacleaning ko sa ako teeth..but stil d same lng gihapon..bad breath gihapon ko.
so what i did was nag paconsult nasd ko og gastroenterology specialist sa chong hua..
then dr. alcusar said nga kinahanglan mag pa endoscopy ko..
so nagpa endoscopy ko..but after sa result kay NEGATIVE daw ko sa bacteria inside sa ako intestines..

so unsa diay ni ako problem sa ako bad breath?..naa mo ika suggest?..bad saliva and breath jud ko hangtod ron..dako nako og nagasto..nag use nasad ko og mouth wash..stil d sam gihapon..

please advise me what to do..i badly need ur help dudes..

Suwayi ug consulta sa mga ENT specialist diha sa Chong Hua Medical Arts. Kay basin ug sa tonsil or adenoid na nimo gikan. Like Dr. Eduardo Arcenas or Dr. Arthur Dy.

try not to eat spicy food
drink lots of water
comply dental/oral hygiene...flossing, brushing, mouthwash
always bring mints
lessen smoking...if you do

Ordinary Mouth wash in not applicable, have your Dental Doctor to gave you a special mouthwash.

@harrykevin, prevention na siya pre...morag damage control ba.Â* Para dili ma worsen ang pag recede.Â* Usahay mo rejuvenate ang imong gums.Â* Sometimes kanang mag dali-dali ug toothbrush maka recede na siya sa gums kay imo mang pas-pasan ang up & down strokes.Â* The best way or make it habit of brushing nga hinay & thoruoghly dyud.Â* For example on your upper set of teeth, strokes in brushing should start upward motion only while the lower set of teeth, do the reverse. Ayaw i-up & down, up & down motion; one stoke lang dyud.Â*

Unya yearly check dyud na thru X-ray...kay ma determine mana kung ni rejuvenate ang imong gums.Â* Sometimes on rare cases, they will administer surgery.Â* LikeÂ* incising your gums then they'll pull it then stich it.Â* (ngeelo kaayo paminayon no?) But that is only the last resort.

@Dr. Spec-V: Salamat! Di ba naay daghan nga klaseng dentista? Unsang klaseng dentista nga specialist siya bahin ani X-ray and surgery? Lisod man gud nang magsige kag balik-balik sa dentista sama sa gihimo ni AMD_earl unya wa gyud mo suggest bahin ani ug masige lang ug cleaning sa imong ngipon wa lang gihapoy mahitabo. Maayo unta na kung naa kay mai-recommend para nasad mi mga reference bahin ani. Importante man gyud nang specialista ang imong duolon para bawi sad atong gasto. Salamat daan!

@harrykevin,sori wala ko maka- recommend kay dugay-dugay nako na layo diha sa Sugbo. I believe na-a dyud diha sa ato-a pre.

@AMD-earl, mag "Dry" ba ang imong mouth pre? Usa pud na nga manimaho ang imong ba-ba. Na-a puy special mouthwash para pud ana. Kay ang Ordinaryong mouth wash like Lesterine, Scope atbp...pwerteng halanga unya mo dry imong sulod sa imong Ba-ba. Unya pre everytime nga mo adto ka sa imong dentista...ingna siya sa imong concerns....

Try Bactidol, it's much, much better than Astring-O-Sol or Listerine. If you smoke then you are prone to gingivitis which will lead to sewer breath.

try adding ascorbic acid to your daily diet...500mgs of vitamins C (as in Cigarette and Cancer...hehehe)
