    Unsay tambal sa depression? I'm into this moment of my life na pud I think. Naka try ko ani long before, I think high school ko, then several years after that college, then several years na pud nag work nako..

    Now I'm back at it again, this usually lasts for several weeks or months. Mas dugay ni karon. I'm afraid nga modugay pa gyud ni. Bad things may happen, I don't know the answer but I want to end it soonest.

    First you should know why or what's making you depressed.
    Don't deny nor fight it. Accept the truth then look for some
    possible ways to solve whatever's been bugging you.

    If all fails, talk it out with someone you trust - be it family or
    your close friends, if not someone in your community.

    If you're not the type who opens up then read something about
    it... Last resort would be, fix the problem on your own by doing
    things that make you happy. Go into an active lifestyle, that will
    bring out the happy hormones in your system and meeting new
    friends will also help your disposition as opposed to someone who
    stays in his own shell shutting himself from the world.

    And of course, pray for God's grace to help you overcome your
    dilemma... Keep the faith, bai

    i exercise nag tag 1 hr everyday, helps you release serotonin, which is the happy hormone. research it on google. help yourself ts. walay makatabang nimo kundili ikaw ra pud. dont let it eat you

    true...doing something helps man jud.
    if you're idle, more negative thoughts come in.
    if you start doing things that you have set aside (kay busy ka, walay schedule, due to family, due to work, due to whatever...)...now is the time to do them...kay ma depressed ka lang samot if wala ka buhat.

    do you like to read?
    do you like to watch movies? dvd?
    do you like singing? naa barato na ron na karaoke/DVD sa white gold (hehehe
    do you like to go window shopping or malling?

    it would also be good if you spent 'talk time' with someone...your mother, your father (whoever is close to you), a sibling, or a friend...talking it out helps and at the same time getting their comment and their side would also be helpful.

    i suggest lang jud to make sure this 'depression state' would not last longer, make yourself busy...find an activity...a hobby...
    just don't get lost into it and find yourself idle...it will definitely allow you to think of negative thoughts...

    super ka daghan tambal sa depression karon. You can literally take your pick. Go to your doctor and get a prescription for it. No need for you to suffer.

    pareha ta bro but mine nakacause nako ani ako anxiety attack which I got last year... Depressing cause of the change of lifestyle pero naka cope up nako.

    Unsa naka trigger sa imo depression bro?
