    Hi! I am a beginner looking for fitness trainer who can teach and guide me proper form for the following exercises:

    Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row
    Overhead Press, Deadlift

    (Stronglifts 5x5)

    ^ kung sa gym instructor diay ka sa WFC patudlo? gibayran na sila para ana.

    wa ko kauyon sa ilang gitudlo nga form bisan basic program. unsaon pagkalaen motibo anang magpatudlo ug proper form?

    i-clarify nimo usab sa instructor, ipa simplify nimo para kasubay ka. or mangutana ka sa imong mga kauban ddto nga experienced. ayg ulaw2, wa ra gyuy blema nga mu dumb down ka gamay (unless naa kay ego issues) to get what you need to know because technically you're a beginner. no doubt willing na sila motudlo sa ilang nahibaw-an.

    wa gyud ko problema boss bahala makataw an sugsugon beginner basta masakto lang ang form ug saktong technique. usa pa nuon to ako napangutana nga trainer, di man ko katymings uban suwayan nako pangutana. ilang program man gud taga adlaw, gusto ko every other day kay kapoy sige adto gym, "Stronglifts 5x5" unta ako sundon.

    Luh kuyawa skong migo ooohhh.. gym2x na dah. panghagad sad. haha

    wala na sila kibaw sa strong lifts 5x5 mga gym bro mana dira. kasabot rako nimo bro in.ana sd ko sauna. search lng sa uban forms ug youtube daghan gyud kaayu info sa internet. search sa youtubes mga powerlifting channels eg. jonnie candito etc2x adto sa reddit powerlifting/powebuilding nga sub ayaw dri tambay sa istorya walay makatabang nimo good luck and make them strength gains brother!!!
