    It is important question for many people...but I think it this should be decided individually, in relation to each person. But everyone can keep fit! Personally, I go in for sports, eat healthy food. I really love the vegetables that I have grown on my own. But I live in an apartment temporarily and do not have the opportunity to have a garden.
