    Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Protein and A, B, C vitamins. Lately, I started taking all those supplements to fix my damaged hair. I've been coloring it a lot and it became a complete mess. I want to fix it after my hair went silver and if anyone has the same problem as me then I would suggest using one of these shampoos. Regular wash and vitamin intake should help your hair, I'm sure about that.

    Seriously, I just take multivitamins daily. Unless you have a deficiency and a doctor prescribes anything else, you shouldn't be taking more than necessary.

    I get some vitamin coplexes from Canadian Pharmacy, and I have to say that they work really well for me. I think you might like them too for you. Have a look there, good luck
