i made an online ticket purchase thru cebu pacific which i requested to have refunded over the phone last june 25. i was told that it would be a 2-month long wait before the amount (minus the charges) will be credited to my card. i asked why an online ticket purchase immediately gets posted to my credit card, while a refund was going to take 2 months. they tried say it would be the credit card company who takes a long time to react, but i refuse to believe that, having made transaction requests that were handled at least the next banking day. in short, there was no decent answer to my question. so i wait.
i am not holding my breath...
