The "Stay Safe: Self-Defense Moves for Women" is among the activities for the club's 18 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence. According to a University of Washington Study, learning self-defense skills benefits women, not just for protection against violence. Having self-defense skills also boosts their self-esteem and positively affects their personality.
