SMX Convention Center, the premier venue for local and international meetings, conventions, exhibitions, social and corporate events, has announced that the final date of the launch of Sky Hall in SM Seaside Cebu will be on October 20th. The management recognizes the growing demand for venues triggered by the economic growth in Cebu. Proof of this is the rise in number of foreign arrivals attending MICE events such as APEC meetings, regional conferences and trade exhibits.

The Sky Hall is located on the 3rd level of the new SM Seaside Cebu mall and has a total leasable area of 1,856 sq. m. It has two Halls that open up into one large Hall with a pre-function lobby, a Sky Garden on either side of the Hall that looks over to mountains, a kitchen area per hall, and two dressing rooms in each hall with a private bathroom, common bathrooms, a car lift with a load capacity of 8,000 kg and a five-level parking area.
It started its operations last January 2016 and has continuously accommodated a number of events since Q1 with pencil booked reservations up until Q4 of 2016.
This will augment the facilities the current Cebu Trade Hall in SM City Cebu provides.

The Sky Hall’s target market segments are the Professional Event Organizers, Social events such as birthday, anniversary parties, wedding receptions, corporate, government, association, education and consumer events.
