    Marble + Grain Steakhouse introduces a new addition to their lunch menu. The Filet Mignon set menu promises to take you on a luxurious food trip. The chefs handpicked native ingredients to season the meat with. The blend of the spices and the meat creates a smell that will make your mouth water.

    Marble + Grain Steakhouse’s filet mignon is from locally grown grass-fed cows. The cows are grown in Ivantan, Batanes. The cut of the meat is from the small tenderloin area. It is so tender that it melts in your mouth. This is because this part of the tenderloin is non-weight bearing and not toughened by exercise. Filet Mignon is French for “cute filet’. Despite its name, Marble + Grain Steakhouse offers a hearty slice to please your palate without having an overwhelming meaty umami flavor.

    You can have your Filet Mignon for Lunch fix for only P599 nett. This set menu is available from Tuesdays through Sundays, 12 NN until 2 PM.

    With Valentine’s Day coming up, Marble + Grain Steakhouse is offering a Valentine’s Dinner set menu. The set menu includes a four-course meal for P3,500nett per person. The restaurant is open from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
