    Balay sa Busay specializes in modern Filipino cuisine. The restaurant sits on top of Cebu with a view of city’s landscape and the ocean. Aside from the view the air is cooler and fresher. It serves best-loved comfort food with a unique Cebuano touch. Their specialties include Adobong Binisaya ni Bebe, Hamonada sa Among Bukid, and Paboritong Sisig Ni Tatay. They also have different best-selling dishes. One is their Chickenillo. It is a roasted whole chicken. It is so tender that it can be cut using a platito.

    Another best-selling dish is their Pomelo Salad with toasted coconut and calamansi dressing. Other bestsellers are Pochero Rice and Shrimps in Buko. Their best-selling dessert is their Banana Cue Ala Mode. It comes with sugar-coated cardava and is topped with vanilla ice cream. They also serve dishes like Pancit Batil-Patong and all-
    time Filipino favorite Pinakbet.

    The restaurant takes inspiration from old Filipino ancestral houses in the province. Its interiors boast a transitional style that uses old and new elements. It features traditional and modern furniture and fixtures. Diners can opt to dine indoors with air-conditioning or at the open-air veranda. The veranda has a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

    Balay sa Busay promises good food and dining with wonderful scenery. It is a great place for both a casual day out or a special occasion. There is a function room that can accommodate up to 50 guests. The room can be split into two rooms that seat 25 guests each. There is also an open area on the second floor that can also accommodate up to 50 guests.

    Balay sa Busay is located at Cebu Tops Road, Busay, Cebu City. It is open from 11 AM to 10 PM from Mondays through Thursdays. From Fridays through Sundays, it is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.
