• Ayala Mall Central Bloc Cinemas to Reopen Dec. 1

Ayala Mall Central Bloc is set to reopen two of its four cinemas on Dec.1, nearly two years after they were closed due to the mandated quarantine set off by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cinema 1, known for its luxurious reclining seats with USB ports, and the regular Cinema 4 will reopen and will comply with existing health protocols set by the Interagency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF- EID).

Apart from the mandatory wearing of masks, only fully vaccinated individuals will be allowed inside the cinemas. Thus, those who wish to watch a movie must present the vaccination card and a valid ID card upon purchase of the tickets and when entering the cinema.

Unvaccinated kids, even if accompanied by fully vaccinated parents or guardians, will not be allowed.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the cinemas, too.

To observe social distancing, there will only be designated seats to be occupied. Upon entering the cinema, moviegoers will go through standard temperature check, and scanning of Stay Safe QR Code. Sanitizers are also available upon entrance.

After every movie screening, seats will be disinfected. There will be three screenings a day. While schedules may differ everyday, the first screening on Dec.1 will start at 1:00 p.m while the last screening will be at 7:30 p.m.

Movie tickets can be purchased in cash at the cinema ticket booth at Level 5 of the Ayala Mall Central Bloc or through GCash. The cinema ticket price for Cinema 1 is P350 per ticket while for Cinema 4, the ticket price is P260/ticket.

Ayala Mall Central Bloc cinemas, along with other cinemas, have passed the IATF-EID restrictions and guidelines during a recent inspection of cinemas in Cebu City.

Why Time is Valuable in Investing in Memorial Lots?

The motto “time is gold” has been heard a number of times in different situations. But how can the motto time is gold be applied in real life?

The easy answer is memorial lots! Memorial lots are daunting for some people because you are literally buying something for your departure, but nothing to worry about because buying memorial lots doesn’t necessarily mean that you are nearing your departure or your preparing for it, but buying a memorial lot is actually a good investment.

Believe it or not, as time passes memorial lots grow in value just like a memorial lot that we have in golden haven las pinas wherein we have purchased a lot for ninety-nine thousand in 2011 then its current value in today’s date is at least 380,000 pesos. Can you believe that if we sold it right now we would profit at least 280,000 pesos? But too bad it is not an extra lot that we buy for investment but it is a lot that we bought for the remains of our loved ones.

If we knew earlier we could have been 280,000 pesos richer. But nothing to worry about because it is not too late yet to invest in memorial lots since they are still growing in value, you will still want to invest in memorial lots as early in your 20’s. since you could work and invest at the same time don’t waste your things on leisure since your not going to work forever think about how time is valuable in your investment.

Funeral expenditures, like most things, seem to climb year after year. That means a funeral today will most likely be less expensive than one three or four years from now. Your loved ones will save money if you pay for your funeral immediately.

Think of time as a precious resource that could be considered as gold, it is that precious, especially in memorial lots. Investing your money is a safe bet in securing guaranteed money for your future also a good retirement if you have bought a fairly decent amount of memorial lots while you are still working, also if the time comes for you to leave you wouldn’t burden your loved ones because you are prepared. What better way of saying time is gold when you are investing, especially if it’s as trusted of a company as Golden Haven.
