Jed Madela is making his return to Cebu to serenade Cebuanos in a dinner concert titled La Voce this coming November 17 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Known as one of the country's finest artists of today, Jed has first made a splash in the music industry when he became the first Filipino to emerge as winner of the World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in 2005, besting over 3,000 contestants representing 52 countries. He has since cemented a successful music career in and out of the country and went on to become a regular host and performer in ABS-CBN's ASAP.
Joining the celebrated musician during the forthcoming concert is rising Cebuana artist Jolianne Salvado.
The fourteen-year-old singer started to be in the limelight when she joined the second season of ABS-CBN's The Voice Kids Philippines. She had impressed coaches and veteran performers Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo when she effortlessly belted out, with her powerful yet soulful voice, the song "Tattooed Heart" during the blind auditions.
Jolianne debuted her first single and music video "I Can't Go On" last year.
With the combined prowess of the two artists, La Voce promises to give Cebuanos a fascinating and memorable show with the expert hand of show director Marvin Caldito.
Jed and Jolianne will be singing various songs from different genres.
La Voce is a dinner-for-a-cause concert of which proceeds will be given to the Cebu Caritas Inc., an organization that helps in providing treatment and assistance to HIV/AIDS-stricken individuals in Cebu as well as raising awareness about the diseases.
Tickets prices are at P3,500 for VIP inclusive of dinner, P3,000 for GOLD inclusive of dinner, and P800 for Balcony without dinner. For inquiries, call 232-6888 or 0915-535-3873. You may also visit the La Voce ticket booth at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
