1 loooong 2 short beeps is video error...try to clear CMOS nalang sir & test again...kung ma ok, then you can sell this mobo at a higher price...to be honest taas2x rapud ang 1.5k for a risk buy like this considering nga wala na ni distro warranty ang mobo as stated in your post...
