no disrespect but there's no Workstation PC's priced @30k, you can build entry level from that budget anyway.

^ mao gyd. i understand nga dako2 na kantidad nang 30k, pro lisud mkakuha anang gusto nimo TS labi na taas ang demand sa graphics pa lng.

TS y man pud mag render ka sa AutoCad, di mana iya strength. Daghan program better for rendering, and AutoCad is not one of those. Anyway if autocad ra imo gamiton then even Core i3 and 2GB ram is enough which is mada ra og 25-30k. Pero if render jud imo gusto then budget jud na og 35-50k.
