Budget Air Cooler - DeepCool Gammax 400 (Air) @ 695 PC Express (mas mahal na diri sa Cebu, murag 1000 sa Nutech?)
Decent Air Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper212X (Air) @ 1995 sa CAC
High End Air Cooler - Noctua D-15 @ 3495 sa CAC (not sure tho if nag stock pa sila ani)

Budget AIO - DeepCool Maelstrom 120T @ 1995 sa CAC
    Decent AIO - Corsair H60 @ 3499 sa Nutech
High End AIO - Too many to mention nga available locally

    Inputs:

    1. From stock cooler upgraded to Hyper 212X: Very satisfying in terms of cooling. Idle temps @ 30C, full load temps @ 44C using i5 6500 (benchmarked with Prime95/GTA V)
    2. From Hyper 212X upgraded to Maelstrom 120T: Idle temps of 35C, full load at 45C using i5 6500 (benchmarked with Prime95/GTA V)
    3. From Maelstrom 120T to Corsair H60: Idle temp of 26C, full load temps @ 42C using i5 6500 (benchmarked with Prime95/GTA V)

    Full PC specs:

    B150M Mortar
    i5 6500
    Zotac GTX 1060 Amp! 6GB
    NZXT S340
4x Omega Nova Fans with Push (2x front) / Pull (1x top and 1x rear) config
Seasonic M12 Evo 620W Full Modular
    120GB Transcend SSD
    500GB Seagate

Disclaimer: I'm pretty sure di tanan same ug temps kay mag depende pud sa ambient temps, airflow sa case, heat sa uban components ug uban pa.

GPU temps just to add: Idle @ 55C, full load @ 83C (benchmarked with Furmark and Far Cry Primal @ Very High Settings)

Lastly, I doubt AIO's would leak easy! It could, but they are built to last -- maybe 4-7 years? Hehe

Akong tambag: Don't place your PC near the Aircon kung naa. Mag moist ang radiator kung bugnaw kaayo. hehehe
