Applicable ito sa Seagate,Samsung and Hitachi. around 160 pesos lang ang shipping fee via local courier papuntang UPS SCS,Paranaque(Yung local drop center nila).Libre na yung pabalik sayo. Yung Western Digital, may sarili silang RMA center sa Manila.I think you have to shoulder the shipping fee padala at pabalik ng item.You could check out their FB page (Western Digital Philippines)

modus? i don't think it is appropriate to name it. Those guys were just giving as service. Like me I know this stuff exist but I directly sell my defective hdd to them kay dili ko nahan ug daghan samok na process magpa RMA.. So it is up for you to choose kung ikaw magpa RMA or imo i baligya..

naka suway ko ani mga 5years ago, nag pa trade ko opat (4) ka 40gb Hdd nya gi trade niya usa (1) ka 80gb nya add pami 200pesos dont know kong alkansi ba kaha mi ato or siya ba na alkansi ato. . .

dakong alkansi ka sir... 4 40gb HDD unya add paka 200php pwerting alkansiha jd. gawas if kung sa 4 kabuok ang 2 ra naa pay warranty sakto ra kaayo....

ang opat (4) jud naai warranty sigurado jud ko. . .

I have known this process way back 2008 pro ning respetar lang ko sa mga members who offered sa ilang serbisyo to process mga defective HDDs for RMA. Of course, they used their, time, effort and money to process them so I think OK ra pud pero not to the point nga tagali-ug ang igo sa imo.

One time I PMed one member about how much iya palit sa HDD (I am aware nga expired warranty na). Dili cya modawat.

I noticed pud karon nga mas mahal2 na ang ilang palit sa mga defective HDDs. Let's say for example. I have defective 500gb HDD. They are buying it for 1.2k to 1.3k and as you noticed, tag 1.8k to 1.9k ang ila resale sa mga RMA HDDs (500Gb).

^sakto jd boss...bag.o lang gani ko nakabaligya og defective wd 160gb for 500php pero ok ra ako may nanginahanglan...

Thanks ani nga info boss! Now kasabot nako unsa ning RMA kay balak ta nako ipa repair ako deffective Seagate HDD na 1 and 1/2 year/s pani and then naa ni sulti nako na pwede daw ni ma RMA wa pako kasabot ato na time ni sulti sya nako karon mao diay ni. Uhmm so naa pa jud diay possibility ma ilisan ako defective HDD. Thanks again!
