I am afraid if my RAID setup will not be recognize, thus, formating my 2 SATA drives (seagate).

my new motherboard is MSI 856GM3 and new proc Intel 3.2 GHz.

As long as you take note of the parameters it should work fine.

Yes, I moved my RAID-0 SATA from 2 motherboards already. If it doesn't work you can always put it back to your old motherboard and move your files to a new harddisk. Just make sure that you don't initialize the array.

... and BTW, I am talking about a hardware RAID setup. Haven't tried software RAID.

Initialize means low level format in the BIOS... if you have RAID in the BIOS it is hardware based.
