What's the most "worth it" upgrade you've done to your rig?

I've upgraded my memory, hdd, proc in the past, but I have to say that upgrading my monitor from a 17" CRT to a 24" LCD(after saving up for a looooong time)was the most worth it upgrade I've done so far.

What about you guys?

when i upgraded from a 486DX4 100mhz to a pentium 4 1.6 Northwood.. 5 yrs ago

my "not worth it" upgrade was when i upped.. my P4 1.6Ghz to a P4 1.8Ghz

by far the best investment would be my 150gb raptor, computer now almost multi-tasks twice as fast as it used to.

from 2X256MB Kingston 3-4-4-8 timing to 2X512MB GeIL 2.5-4-4-7 timing.

and

from Inno3d GeForce 6500 128MB 64bit to Palit GeForce 7300GT 256MB 128bit.

and

from 17" LG 700E black to 19" AOC LCD widescreen.
