in manila, they can buy silverstone 700W for 5K-6K with delivery? How true?

Yesterday i came across someone wants to buy the silverstone psu 700w olympia series
because he saw me carrying the psu...

He ask me how much i am selling it.... i told him 7500php but i can give him a discount.
He asked me to text him if he will buy the psu....

Now this part is strange, somehow i don't understand...

He texted me that he ordered a silverstone psu 700w for only 5,400+php and additional of
210php(delivery)

So i asked him, what supplier in manila? what are the terms of payment? the number of the supplier?

He told me he will send a cheque, then the supplier will send the unit...

I asked him again what is the name of the supplier and the contact number?

All he say was, only the dealer can buy.... and did not give even the name or contact number.

What made me confuse is that:

If he was a dealer, why ask to buy the psu from me when he can buy anything since he maybe a supplier?
Why doesn't he give the name or the contact number of the supplier?
Is it really that cheap in manila? is that psu worth only 5600+php? how true...

I hope someone can answer my question, dam i'm confused, hehehe

barato ra jud sa manila mao na uban diri adto jud mupalit kay bsag mag.add ka ug shipping charges mucome out gihapon na masbarato sa price diri. pero about that issue, im not sure unless theres proof.
