depends sa imo budget
if tight budget i'd say u go for an AMD set up with AM2+ socket motherboard
den intel core2dou for gaming or pwede quad6600 if multitasking

this rig would probably cost around 200k php, not good for a common pinoy like me.
i think AMD based set-up nalang siguro sir kay mas cheaper jud xa compared to intel. im building one right now too.
processor for a your 30k budget? how bout Phenom X4 9550 or 9650? (costs around 7k php)
as for the chipset, any AMD 790 will do i think (price ranging from 6k to 8k - go for gigabyte brand sir for quality and nice and COLOR sa ila nga boards ehehehe)
MEMS: 2GB Kingston DDR2 800 (2.5k)
VC: that cheap radeon 4670 (4k)
PSU: silverstone ST50F (3.5k)
HDD: 500GB (3k)
CASE: ATX case worth 2k.

ok naman bsan dili i7 imu processor bro q6600 or q9400 ok nana na processor. sa video card nlng and memory gasto dako
