and no, we're not advertising search engines.

you posted such a long message. talk about bandwidth. ^_^

first is , its not an idiotic question. second is, k.A.i has a point -- if na try na nimo before then can you just share here unsa imong gibuhat sir? besides not all people naay good technical knowledge about computers and maybe the TS is one.

first of all, the TS wasn't asking HOW to do it but rather, he wanted to know if it is POSSIBLE. if you scroll up, i answered him with YES, it's possible since I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE.

but then kai comes up ridiculing us for telling the TS to use GOOGLE. what's wrong with that?

we're merely pointing out the fact that almost any technical stuff can be found by using the search engines.

    opinion:

mas nindot man jud tali tubagon ang question sa TS beyond sa iyahang gipangutana ra. Kay dili ra man ang TS maka-benefit sa tubag. Daghan man matabangan aning ingon ani nga topic. Kung nangutana siya if posible ra, Yes or No ra sad diay atong itubag?

the question is valid, (but not the smart ass answers, geez, this is what forums is all about - helping out, i'm sure the TS meant to hear first hand experience not that he's not 'smart' not to use google.

my answer is yes that u can use ur laptop screen as a monitor for ur desktop pc BUT it will entail a lot of ingenuity and re-engineering of available part/s on ur part that it is not advisable or worthy esp when the reason is only the absence or inavailability of the monitor in the meantime. but for projects & curiosity, yes, by all means, tinker away. IMHO, the end result is still not worth the time invested.

    cheers!

    bro,
    sakto sad ilang gi ingon,

kung mag search ra ang TS sa google,
ang TS ra makabasa , pero if naay post/discussion ani, dili na kinihanglan mag search pa ang ubang tao para makakuha sa answer kay nana ang discussion diri.
and dali ra sad matubag kung naa may lain problema ma encounter

(di pa mo ana nga sa istorya ra makit-an mga ingon ani nga discussion)

maypa "SEARCH lang na sa ISTORYA kay naa na tanan diha"
