How to deal with this error?

I've been encountering this problem in an internet cafe setup... usually, it closes the program being open (particularly games)... do you guys know any idea how to deal with this one safelY?

Based on my limited knowledge the program is doing some access violation on the ram w/c triggers the Data Execution Prevention on windows XP.
I also had similar problems with a different software, the only fix was to update the program, you might want to ask on the RAN online forums.

Try to update your windows system is a hotfix information error. naka encounter ko ana before.

on-board r mn videocard nako ani bro... AMD690G chipset ra gamit... aha ta kita og updates ani?
