what if i put many character references on resume?

Hi! What if i put many character references on resume? Let's say 8 persons. These persons are from my school and previous company. I know that they will give positive information for me.

I've listed 8 persons but I didn't list my previous boss because I don't like her.
Will having too many character reference affect my application to another company? Thank you istorya

depende na sa company imu applayan TS if need nila ug 8 ka character reference nga ila kontakon. katong best contacts from your last company ang ibutang. good luck!

Sa IT company company ko mu apply. Usually 3 persons ra mana sa? What if daghan ko kaila dayun ganahan ko na madali ang akong background check para dali ang processing sa start date.

i think ok raman na 8 persons, pero i prefer na gamay lang, like 2 - 3 persons. katong naka ila jud nako. then katong sure jud na mohatag ug good feedback.

IMHO, not necessary...

Take note, the matter on how you prepare your resume / CV, some HR / Psychologist interpret it as well to size up the character of the person.

Make your resume simple / concise / captions if possible. The more useless / redundant data you input, the more possible mistakes you present, especially during interviews.

This will affect you as an applicant.
