    PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Responsible for supervising the activities of a business unit in the Repair Operations.
    2. Determines and allocates required resources (manpower, system, material and machine) to accomplish production requirements.
    3. Must be adept in the field of Personnel Management, particularly in managing groups.
    4. Establishes operating policies/procedures, coordinates multiple function within the Repair Operations, as well as in other related functional groups such as Logistics Planning, Finance and HRD in the Cebu organization.
    5. Creates strategic plans to ensure Repair Organization's goals are met with the set quality and cost objectives.
    6. Responsible for safety personnel proper utilization of company assets and the upkeep of his surrounding work environment.

    REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Graduate of BS ECE or any equivalent course.
    2. At least 3 to 5 years experience in technical supervisory position level or above.
    3. Must have the ability to manage a group of 25-35 technical professionals.
    4. Possesses strong leadership skills and is flexible in dealing with employees.
    5. Has good communication skills and can relate well to people.
    6. Must be objective and mature enough to handle conflicts.
    7. Possesses coaching skills.

    PRODUCTION TEST MANAGER

    Responsible for directing the staff and daily activities of the CSO business unit by prioritizing schedules based on Repair planning demand, identify and set plan levels and engineering schedules.

    Accountable for the development and review of BU standards and procedures which is paramount to ensuring safety of the personnel and the quality, workmanship standards and objectives.

    In parallel with ensuring the efficient operation of the function, this manager is expected to make recommendation for changes in processes to improve product quality, performance and profitability.

    This person will also participate in the evaluations, reviews and approvals of process and capital investment of the business unit.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A degree in any of the following:

    Manufacturing Engineering
    Process Engineering
    Operations Management
    At least 8 years in a manufacturing and test environment or equivalent experience
    Minimum of 5 years experience in people and asset/resources management
    Excellent communication and organizational skills required
    Effective use of Microsoft office products

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Set strategies on how to meet planning demand, repair standards and operational cost
    Integrates with other BU to set and achieve CSO goals
    Utilize and prepares BU, personnel and financial reports as aids to achieving BU goals of improve cycle time, on-time delivery, quality and cost.
    Develop and manage department interfaces between Manufacturing, other divisional service groups and internal and external customers to identify and accomplish program specific challenges
    Address and resolve customer (internal and external) escalations and issues
    Develops and maintains safety and housekeeping standards
    Develops, monitors and controls department budget
    Performs resource planning activities (manpower, equipment, labor, space)

    PMO LEAD

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

    1. Lead or facilitate projects from conception through project completion, including process improvement, cost savings, and transfer of technology projects
    2. Works with multiple cross-functional groups over the life of the project coordinate dependencies and timing of the deliverable within the constraints of the project scope, schedule, and budget.
    3. May lead cross-functional teams, assist in meetings to ensure best practices are applied, identify the need for and assist in establishing additional cross-functional liaisons
    4. Implements defined project management processes and procedures. Monitors project management compliance of other functional groups and assists them when needed.
    5. Will lead the Project Management Office and mentor and develop the members of the PMO Team.

    REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience
    2. Excellent organizational, communication and composition skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project and or functional groups
    3. Has advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    4. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
    5. Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills

    • translates business use cases into reporting, metrics or data analysis requirements and technical solution designs

    Basic Qualifications/Experiences/Skills

    • Experience in discovery, solutions definition, strategy, executive presentations, facilitation, documentation, implementation, business process modeling, change management, re-engineering, complex problem solving, technology, analysis and evaluation
    • Experience doing Subject Area Design, Report Design specifically metrics, Analytic Applications and Conceptual data models designing acceptance criteria and test cases
    • The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, leadership, influencing, and negotiating skills good interpersonal skills and be a team player
    • has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • has strong knowledge of change management
