    anyway, ang Mandatory OT man nakaingon ad2. ug usa pa... ulan ulan bya to mao ni trigger ako sip0n. na wad-an sad ko gana diha kay power tripper kaau OPS. maglagot ko. daghan btaw kabalhinan. gisuklan nako ops kay naay magic sa attendance. mao wla ko ni fight back para mustay sa campany. hahaha. padaun ko sa ako gibati para mahuman ko sa company. LOLs au. wla gyapon ko nagmahay nga nawala ko kay ni certify pako una ayha ko ni hawa. ahaha nakuha pa gyapon nako ang certification bonus =p

    naa diay ni resign na OM? murag wala man... i know during sa batch ninyo ni resign ang usa ka ops sup for a better offer but ang OM kay si JT rman japon sa chase.

    wa oi, manager man to, nagkurakot sa funds... katong mga qa ug tl na imong gi ingon gipang term man to. ka abot ka atong time na igo ra sila mu login den manglakaw or matulog sa sleeping room, bantug ra mga ojt ato na time mag cge ra ug isa sa kamot wa jud mu tabang.. lols. pagsure sad JC oi, trankaso ra to dude? grabeha gud.. daghana nimo ug absent ato oi. hahaha. lingaw sad.. wagtang nako hapit.. haha..

    you're from batch c9c right? i don't think that was feb 07. WAMU prod started around May 07.

    i've been with emax since 2007. so far so good... the company is not perfect and i had my share of sucky officers but i think emax is not the worst company out there. this is something coming from somebody with almost 7 years of call center experience.

    going back to the topic, there 2 reasons for the OT... 1.) crappy agent work ethics (unnecessary clinic breaks, tardiness, absenteeism, crappy productivity, system manipulation... etc.) 2.) crappy officers who doesn't have any idea on how to run a call center and how to drive performance.

    c9c man ko sayop man guro na c jc.. ka batch man mi.. i think ni start jud mi sa wamu nov 07, diet mi ana.. den na regular mi kai feb or mar 09 na.. management ka shoeless rebel? ok rman ang emax para nako. lingaw rman.. kung mu perform ka emax jud ang place to be. wa sad ko nagmahay na ari ko. naa jud bati sa company di jud namalikayan pero nice jud ang emax basta tarong ka..

    sa OT ba.. staffing ra jud akong ika ingon ana tanan.. kai ang productivity naa man pdp's and FA para ana.. kung taas ang required heads sa client ana na hour mu require jud cla ug ot.. but sa performance wa man guro na ug sa uban pa.. para ra sa ako part.

    ambot lang pud sa officers.. naa man sched team para nako ok rman cla. hehehe.. client man gud ang magbuot sa number of heads for that hour.. so.. yeah. whatever, . my two cents!

    Term man ila pirmi i ingon pero resign to oi... naa nuon for termination pero dli man tanan... daghan gyapon nangresign ad2 nga time. kapoia btaw sa OJT ad2... nawad-an man sila gana kay maski sila ipa take ug calls na almost 8hrs... supposed to be after PST may 2on2 bya tag take ug calls pero sa atoa nga time diretso... murag pareho ra abay ug ojt. nosebleed to the max ang mga callcenter virgins...
    trankaso btaw to.. ka2ng absences nako after, mao na to nga time nga naglagot ko sa ops kay nag magic sa attendance... daghan bya naigo ad2... ako rman cguro ni sukol ad2... naa gud new yr ug xmas kay duty nako unta pag abot sa iex pagka next week, NAUSAB!! tapos pag dispute, NA ERASE. grabe ka loslos. sa CVG dli man weekly and clean-up sa IEX. dha sa emaxx kay claro kaau naa magic!!
    ahahahha lingaw bya gyud ako experience dha...
    ang sleeping lounge ad2 una... bahog ti-il. ahahah anyway... good luck nlng pud di nimo eheh

    i mean feb08. nov26, 07 mi. yes. we are batch c9c pag abot sa pst... sa diet.. c9 something man to. ahahaha.

    about your comment on the topic... thats true... but i have to add, usually, crappy agents are results from a crappy management... so i cant blame them... really...

    hi! i was just hired by eper for their new acount katong medical account gani.. i just would like to ask those who are currently employed with eperf if ok ra ba ang company and if you don't mind me asking pila ang salary ninyo with the benefits? and what are the benefits... i'll be starting on decmber 22 for the GCT .. i read the posts and it's giving me second thoughts... hehehe

    ok ra ang emax oi. performance based ni na company. sa im pretty sure you get the drift na.. perform = minimum 12k payday.. gamay ra ug sl and vl, pero understanding ra pud ang management. ma sturya ra jud. ok ra man ang emax. .. cge ka ug absent wa jud ka. daghan kaau mawagtang nimo. attendance bonus and pro-rated to nothing na performance bonus. plus cellphone pa jud na with load. every month. haha..
