    Kung OT ang storyahan, sa usa ka account diha, naa na siya, normally, sa uban centers, 9 hours ra ka mag-work everyday including nana 1 hour break... But more than that ka kung sa ePer ka specially "that" account... I would say ePerformax will be the best call center if 9 hours lang gyud ilang worktime...

    I think because ePerformax has imposed the 48-hour work week. Kung sa uban profession, 8 hours a day and 6 days a week ka mo-work with only one day off. Since duha ka rest day sa call center, mao nang naa extra hour nga gi-add sa daily shift. In accordance ni sa Labor Code ha. But even that one hour you acrue daily is paid in cash the following week as Flex Bonus, no tax. PERO... I would agree nga mas nice jud kung 9 hours ra gihapon ang work same sa uban call center.

    Basin di sad mo aware but when you exceed the 48-hour work week, you are also being paid for that. That's the OT you see on your payslip. These are all on top of the voluntary OT which is paid Php150 per hour. Sa NACS lang ni tanan ha. Dunno unsa pamaagi sa uban programs. I think mao ning program nga ginatawag ni @Evilsonofgod as "that" Program.

    I personally feel nga ePerformax has one of the best compensation packages among the call centers in Cebu. I have been to other BPO's pero ePer ra ang mo-award ug dako for performance (up to 100% of your base pay, wala pa labot attendance bonus). Labaw na nga wa koy reklamo sa postpaid phone allowance. Every now and then naa carreer opportunity and they are very proud about their promotion from within. I'm not sure sa training allowance now pero sa akoa sauna, I received a signing bonus and certication bonus twyce (forgot kung it was from DIET to PST or to ABAY). Basta gaabot akong kwarta ato kay I still had my last pay from my previous employer. It was more than enough to get me through the training phase. Not to mention nga gabayad pa ko ug boarding house.

    Mao to ako experience sa ePer, Inday Colleen. I would highly recommend.

    PS. wala ko bayari sa ePer to advertise. hehe..

    Ahhh, so gibayran na gyud diay ang Flex time ron, mao na hawaan sa mga taw ngara gud kay mahug 10 and a half-hours tanan imung sched... But then again, as I've said, ePer gyud ang the best, that is if 9 hour a day ra gyud ila worktime, if other centers with almost the same pay as ePer can do it, why not them...? pero at least gibayran nana ang Flex ron, abi nako'g pag-pasko rato kutob ang flex appreciation, HAHAHAAH...
