    base sa ako experience boss mahitabo rana kung pama2 rqan kaau ang agent. na.a japon rest room break for 2 mins..
    depende rajud lagi kung busy. Any way they can place the CX on hold if they really want to.

    First off, you only heard one side of the story. Who would hold someone from going to the rest room kung kagawsunon na jud? There must've been a reason why Workforce did that (if it was indeed true). Second, you cant hold the Workforce team accountable for one person's action, let alone the EPERFORMAX. Lastly, "you only heard". The OT problem was true but that was so 3 years ago. We have OT every now and then but these are all paid in cash. Even the mandatory OT (Flex) is paid free of tax. BTW, OT for this weekend is 200/hr. Basin nahan mo? NA only, sorry AU.

    Who would hold someone from going to the restroom? hmmm.. I think I typed it down in my last post.

    Actually, that's a complaint made by lots of employees in eper. And I've heard from a lot. Before and recently, very recently. Both au and nacs. From tenured and new people.

    And the "no rest room" talk? Yes, they did not let the agent go and it's true. Agent cried on the floor because she wasn't allowed to go. And guess what? I saw the same situation before back in 2011. Poor girl. Had health problems I think. Correcting you on that: I did not just hear, I saw too.

    And for the OT problems? A number of reps from nacs resigned last year probably July or October 2012. And that's what they all complained about: new OT (mandatory or flex). Before I resigned, they began to start the flex and the mandatory OT. They had town hall meetings and team huddles. But I never received pay for the OT (mandatory and flex). Take note I was a Nacs rep before. 2years tenure. Had to come in 1 hour and 15 min before my shift.

    But knowing that they are already pay for the OTs, that's good news. Glad that Kevin was able to solve that. Too bad he had to separate from ePer. He looked like the wrestler "The Big Show". hehehehe
