"5. Can I practice without a DPT?
Absolutely! The right to practice physical therapy is granted by states through licensure. Licensure requires graduation from an accredited professional PT education program, passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), and meeting state/jurisdiction licensure requirements. Graduates possessing a professional baccalaureate, masters, certificate, or doctoral degree are currently licensed in the workforce. However, students who graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited program after January 2015 and are eligible to sit for the licensure examination will hold the DPT degree.
please correct me if im wrong...
kaning last sentence, sa ako lng sabot ani, kato ra ning mga graduates after 2015 na gikan sa school na CAPTE-accredited program nya mo take ug exam, DPT na ilang degree... sakto ba?

^^or this is from the old meeting?
Kinsay APTA member dre?
@Kristiano
Akong Tita kay PT sa states and required jud na DPT for graduates who graduate on 2015 onwards BUT if you got your degree before January 2015 they can consider depending sa imo accreditation result sa FCCPT as they may recommend additional schooling to make up the deficiencies on your evaluation.
Mao ba? if that's the case, maayo!! .. at least dili alkanse ang katung mga ga intern ug ang padung na mo graduate. nd if they're adding classes to their curriculum para ma DPT direcho inig graduate, that's really good. Nagstorya man gud mi sa akong sister bahin ani, she has a Doctorate's degree sa PT which she acquired just recently after working sa States for 25 years... mao iyang gi mention nga mao lagi, di na kuno mo hire ug fresh graduate ug walay Masters or Doctorate's degree.
Ako dili PTako ra naglahi sa akong mga igsuon ..2 brothers and my Sister puros PT. Hasta akong mama PT. My family used to have an out-patient clinic down in Florida sa una pero my Mom sold it kay padung na siya retire ato...karun retired na intawn akong mama.
