good day ninyo mga part, im curently a nurse and im planning to enroll in the US to study culinary arts....already did found a school that accepts international students in both culinary art and hospitality management....The thing is, prior to entering college, i choose nursing not of my choice but my parent's...A year ago, I don't have any cooking experience at all, I cooked a few eggs and noodles and thats it... untill, I was transfered to ormoc city and have to live without the aid of our household helper and started to cook for myself and my roommates. By the way, I used to observe as my grandfather cooks eversince I was a kid, to my surprise the food turned out very quite tasty that even my room mates think that i've been cooking for a very long time now....

I found a new passion in cooking since that day, I tried experimenting different types of ingredients, sometimes my food turns out looking nasty but taste's really good..

now I resigned as a nurse and currently finishing my masters in nursing and planned to study abroad for the experience and knowledge they could provide....

my question is, is it ok for me to study culinary arts with limited skills in preparing foods? i mean i cut several ingredients and turning out looking bad...lol

can someone please enlighten me, Im hearing a lot of talks that culinary arts are for those who already have experience in cooking....

I would appreciate it if you can also p.m me so I could ask ideas or probably some opinions on matters regarding it...

    thanks in advance
