    TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

    Onboard date: ASAP

    Account Type: Technical Support - Drone Company

    Job Role:
    Answer customer inquiries and/or resolve technical issues over the phone, email, chat, web and or through the proactive management support process. Sales incentives are available.

    Should be a good influencer to the team.

    Communication / Soft skills:
    Able to communicate effectively in English (pronunciation, grammar, fluency, spontaneity, etc)
    Able to adapt to customer's skill level
    Good customer service skills (ability to empathize and listen to customer needs)
    Can articulate an object in clear detail

    Technical skills:
    Computer fundamentals
    Networking (wireless)
    Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Technically Savvy

    Critical and analytical skills:
    Ability to handle critical situations
    Writing skills:
    Able to convey information in writing (grammar, professionalism and coherence, clarity, thought organization)
    Fast typing skills

    Desired behavior:
    Possesses good manners and right conduct
    Trustworthy and honest
    Accepts feedback wholeheartedly to improve
    Leadership and sales skills/experience is a plus

    Shift:
    Day and night shift (flexible)
    Willing to go on overtime and work on holidays
    Open to fresh graduates with good character, English communication, technical and interpersonal skills.
