Qualifications:

• MUST be a US and Philippine Registered Nurse
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• With or without Clinical experience
• Willing to work in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules from Mondays to Fridays

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback to case monitors or case intake associate
• Ensure corrections are made as per process.
• Identify clinically relevant information missing from case report and facilitate its collection
• Work with Case Processing Associates and Medical reviewers to improve Quality
• To respond queries raised by the case processors and provide adequate feedback

*Earn at least 35-40k per month
*Enjoy other benefits and allowances
