Nadawat na ninyo ang jackets?
This discussion is about "Convergys" in the "Call Center / BPO" forums.
Nadawat na ninyo ang jackets?...
bye cvg..after 3 mos f di ko kauyon sa other side kay balik ko for sure.. hihi!
kinsa taga banawa? naa pa jackets nabilin sa HR?
is it true that aegis will also acquire CVG?
let me correct you on that statement.
Aegis is just a bpo arm of Essar Group, the biggest private sector conglomerate in India. Essar's business is diversified, they have mining firms, power and oil companies, shipping, logistics. Aegis manages the bpo side and yes, they can buy CVG anytime.
im not from people support, this is just for fyi only. so please dont compare ps and cvg when it comes to assets, kay walang panalo ang cvg. maybe in other areas like employee satisfaction, but when we let the numbers speak for themselves, CVG is just a dot compared to who really owns PS.
ok "dot" huh. let the numbers speak so give us the details.
higher assets? can we ask someone that really works from ps to share his views/opinions about their assets and stability?
if they dare buy cvg, do you think they can survive paying the employees the same rate they have now?
@chuck ahh abi nakog katong hilason.lols
relax bai. your statement states that aegis cant buy cvg. asa imo proof ana?
here is an annual report cvg financial standing: CVG Annual Balance Sheet - Convergys Corp. Annual Financials
CVG stock price is at $13.11/share as of 1/28/2012
PS stock trades for $11/share as of same date. Equity wise, CVG is bigger, for PS has an equity of only $147M, mao na tingale reason na ubos ang salary didto, and walay ayo account. and aegis is ranked 15 sa IAOP.
going back, aegis is owned by essar, whose profit alone is at $17B for 2011. sa asset base, malaki ang essar.
im not saying na better ang ps, what im pointing out is that the mother company of aegis can acquire CVG anytime they want for the right price. mergers and acquisition happens all the time.
if you know how to read income statement, you'll know na CVG has been losing business. if CVG wont do anything to alleviate this, shareholders may lose confident in them, thus paving a way for possible mergers with other bpo, or any other private firm with diversified business.
ask someone from PS? anu alam ng mga yan sa valuation ng assets? even sa CVG at any other center. even an OM wont know details.
how many accts PS lost when aegis acquired them? uhm i think essar/aegis should also do something to alleviate it.
im not a die hard fan of cvg but i can feel and notice that it's way too stable and stronger than aegis ps.
it's just funny when you imagine aegis acquiring cvg. they should improve PS first and develop everything.LOL kalurki
