i love this thread! I have always been planning ro start a business since last year kay dako man gud kog commission from leasing (murag broker, only that I am employed so I have a basic monthly income and commission from my company every closed deal, plus musideline pud kog pangumission sa building owners which is bigger kay non-taxable). Pero until now wa pa gyud ko kasugod. Nagasto nalang ang kwarta i have been afraid to venture into business gyud kay galibog pud ko unsay ibusiness. But now 2 things are in my mind. I need your opinion guys about these:

1. Shake stand near schools. My concern is the permitting. Do i have to get business and mayor's permit for this? Kanang gamay ra gud nga shake stand sa daplin2.

2. Taxi. I am planning to buy 1 secondhand car tapos convert it into taxi. My problem is i might not be able to afford the full investment. Naa bay mga taxi operators na musugot muhitch ta sa ilang franchise? Like mufinance ko for one unit, then iunder sa ilang franchise then we'll talk about the profit and loss sharing lang. Orrrr pwede ba na isa ra ka unit ang ato iregister as taxi?

ideally, with permit if business...
depende sa location. if sud sa mall, pakuhaon jud ka permits.
if di ra kayo mabantayan, like kana sa sidewalk, di na kailangan permit. pero murag naay ticket2x ana ibayad ang vendors.

2. taxi
- need ka mopalit franchise...
- pangita existing taxi franchise na ibaligya.
murag 1 taxi, 1 franchise man siguro na.
