Which bank (local or international) is best to be employed for?

I guess local banks cannot rival that of international for the simple reason that they have larger market compared to the locals, but chances are we end up in those local banks since they are more established in our place

dont came from another bank sis, came from another company, been here for 2 years and 3 months. will start with unionbank on dec 1 pa
