Mas maayo bah balay? So far, buying a house is way more expensive now sa Cebu..ang barato kay layo2x na sa City..
Just need some advice before making a decision... Thank you.

better weigh in your reasons why condo ka compared to house and lots, there are pros and cons on it, condominiums as of the moment are good investment. The Future of Cebu Will be 10x bigger than what we have now, subdivisions are getting far far away from the city while condominium are rising inside the city.

Why there is a Demand and it is good to buy a Condo in Cebu, Now?
• Convenience and Efficiency
• Safe and Secured
• Cebu needs atleast 1,000 houses/condo units a year
• Good Location!
• Easy access to everything (Malls, Schools, Hospitals, Commercial Areas, etc.)
• Cebu's Population is getting higher and Commercial Establishments are rising up.
• Easy to be rented out for Passive Income
