unsay maayo negosyo?hardware or convenience store?considering naa ra mi nagpuyo thesame building and naay pension house and water station sa among building.

ok unta hardware but abug semento labi na nga naa rmi diri gapuyo.pero di ma expire ang mga baligya,where as ang convenience store ma expire ang foods but then naa may pension house,pwde mkapalit ang lodgers dayun..

go for convenience store and include short time orders or tapsilog, noodles, coffee, etc

mas maau convenience store bai, ky sa akoa lang nasabtan sad sa imoha comment murag pabor kas convenience store.. go for it nlang anyway naa nakay daghan buyers for the convenience store.
