Naa ko kaila nga naa sa IMG.
NBI siya karon ga-work pero medyo daku-dako jud rango.
If gusto ninyo nga mokuha og products sa IMG (mutual funds, kaiser, etc), basin nahan mo mosalig niya.
Kay after ko kadungog sa story sa mga IMG'ers diri mismo sa iStorya, nangita jud ko'g kasaligan jud oi.

Fortunately, ang President sa IMG-Cebu ang ni-facilitate sa Manila para maresolve na ning isyuha. Ug mao sad ang sulti sa Kaiser Manila. Pero dili ni usa ra ka kaso. Naa pay daghan nga gahuwat masulbad sad ang ila.

but ana man gd to ako kaila na ma invest jd daw imung 2k pro ang commission example 30% kay ang kaiser daw mubayad.

so 30% of 2k = 600, so kung broker ka naa ka 600 per month. but ang 2k fully invested to equities/mutual funds daw. but where do they get the 30%?

I believe more than 50% of the premium goes to commissions in the first year and Kaiser starts to earn from the premiums just on the second to third year until the last year. It's no different to life insurance and investment plans (VULs).

If an IMG member says that 100% of the premium is invested in mutual funds, they're lying. It's just another way to sugarcoat things or maybe the member itself doesn't even know about it.

It's always at least 50% in the first year because MDs get 50%, AMDs get 40%, FLs get 30% and Associates get 20%. If an Associate closes the deal, he gets 20%, the FL gets 10% override, the AMD gets 10% override and the MD gets another 10% override. Sum it up, it's 50% and it still doesn't include the 6% that the MD's uplines (SMDs, NMDs, CEOs, etc.) get.

For Kaiser, ok ang IMG because IMG is the sole distributor of Kaiser. After all, IMG's CEOs are the ones behind Kaiser so patronize your own gyud ni sila.
For other mutual funds, life insurance and properties, I don't see the logic of going through IMG. First, mutual funds, life insurance and real estate companies have offices here in Cebu so why go through the middle man (IMG) when you can go directly to them? Second, these companies have far more competent and knowledgeable personnel compared to IMG's members. If you have problems, they are the best persons to talk to. Third, you cut costs and transaction time. In mutual funds for example, transactions made through IMG took around 2 weeks before nadawat sa mutual fund company. Considering that mutual funds' NAVPS is fluctuating on a daily basis, two weeks is too long. And lastly, IMG members doesn't have licenses from the Insurance Commission (IC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulating bodies. They are operating on somebody else's license.

Yes, they have a cut if makaclose sila ug mutual funds but it is not as big compared to being directly connected to the mutual fund company.
