My very first Straight Leg Press Up to Forearm Stand by Accident.

I think its been 4 months since i have been practising my forearm stand.

3 months to it, i decided i should try Pressing Up into a Handstand. I do not fancy kicking up into a Handstand as it's too much trial and error for me and decided Pressing Up into a Handtand ...

  2. an Update! Journey to Pincha Mayurasana (Feathered Peacock Pose /Forearm Balance)

by , 04-26-2014 at 09:34 PM (I want to be a Florence Nightingale)

A good istoryan showed me this link earlier today. Unfortunately couldn't view it at work as access is limited. Finally had the time to check on it today as it is one of those very good videos that have become viral.

Thought this might be a good piece to do for my 2nd blog here as I did promise myself ...

Second, My heart goes out to you for the sad news about your pet.
The doctor may have suggested euthanasia as an option but I would need to ask you some more questions as well.

I am no vet but I have also been into situations where putting a dog to sleep was also an option.

    I vowed ...
