A new way of sending calls to a call center (via mobile apps, websites & other digital channels)

I've also uploaded a test calling app for the 3 major fast food chain (KFC, McDo & Jollibee) in the country in 2020 to help people call them directly to order (calls deactivated after a year due to cost of maintenance).

I see a lot of potentials but maybe it's only me? Thanks.
