Highly unlikely. For OKC to get Durant back(w bird rights) and lure Horford(no bird rights and would likely demand a max or close to a max) they need to clear significant cap space.

Steven Adams only makes $2.279 million. If Horford comes, Enes Kanter and his $16.41 million is the most likely to go.
