    Post nya nako boss kung gi-unsa nako promise , im currently overhauling the distributor assembly, replaced the 22X12X7 oil seal (high temperature type) and the outer O-ring (high temp) kay naa nay leak gamay and it drips on the bottom of the distributor, checked my spark plugs and found out that my no.2 plug has a bit brown black and the rest are brownish, so I compression tested all cylinders, (189, 188, 187, 190) tested all the resistive high tension wires, (11K, 9K, 8K, 6K), finally I found the culprit, the distributor no.2 pin had the thickest white corrosion, buffed all the HV post inside the distributor until it shines like a silver dime using a mini cup brush on my dremel, buffed all my spark plugs (heat level 6) then assembled everything back, cranked the engine, then tuned the no.1 piston to the exact timing mark on the engine using my LED timing light, medyo gibakla-an man ko sa throttle response, gi set nako ug advance gamay hehehe, dako2x gyud siya ug performance gain, responsive na kaayo ang throttle compared sa wa pa nako gibungkag plus wa nay leak akong rotor, hurot2x na gyud nako ug limpyo tanan, mura na ug bag-o akong makina, now I think im ready for a LEAN BURN mode for fuel efficiency



    One more thing, unsa di-ay nindut nga rim size nga bagay ani akong project? gusto ta ko ug medyo dako2x nga rims nga lightweight nya medyo low profile gamay ang rubber, pila sad kaha nuh? maski secondhand lang unta para maka minus...

    gastu-a di-ay ani nga bisyo uy...di man ta makontento kung di munindut, hahayzzzzzzz...cge na lang naligo na man ko manabon na lang sad ko ani....

    Finally!!!!!! nasakpan ra gyud nako ang 80 second brainstorm also the timing advance on gears, now my EFI functions more like a carburetor, cold start @ 750 RPM, when the engine is hot and while im driving I experienced an increase in RPM (1300 rpm) when I stopped @ a traffic light now not anymore it`s a plain and simple 750 RPM on idle with or without A/C from cold to hot, gi-ahak ka basic pa di-ay ani nga makina uy

    the service manual I studied is a two generation advanced kaysa ani nga makina....the sensors sa akong gi studiohan lahi ani nga makina, like kanang high RPM on cold start, first I thought it was a time based setting on the ECM pero di di-ay, I found out that there`s a hidden second thermo sensor that detect the engine`s temp and dictates the ECM to go 1200-1300 RPM...

    ahaka, 60 centavos ra ang katapat, wa gyud kaabot ug piso ang gasto

    di lang siguro ko magdali, makatiming ra ko ani ug mga ingon ani nga mga rims hehehe

    daghan rims nga available sa net bai.. ayaw lang pag dali, ako gani for less than 1.5yrs ka upat nko ng ilis.. karon ganahan nasadko mag ilis hehehe...

    just installed a new fog lamps ignition triggered with a separate switch, para inig makalimot ko ug pawng sa switch ma OFF ra gihapon inig kuha nako sa yawe, it`s been a week on under observation while ga lean mix ko, wa na gyud mu uknol akong makina or nisaka ug 1200-1300 RPM inig tunob nako sa clutch, inig clutch down nako diretso drop ug 750 RPM so I guess mao na ni, one thing akong na notice mas dali na mu drop akong RPM inig mag rev2x ko, di pariha sauna nga maghinay2x siya ug drop to 750, karon inig tunob from nako to 3000 RPM 1.5 seconds 750 RPM na, and my temp. is always @ 1/4 on the meter, newly jet flushed engine block with a modded thermostat (pinched 1/8 hole on the thermodisc para mas sensitive akong thermo switch para sa fans, light weight nga yantas na lang gyuy kulang ani hahayzzz

    This is what I did sa akong makina, after hours of experimenting and analyzing the engine design of JDM D13B-4, ug pila ka check engine light akong naagi-an kay sobra ra sad ang value sa resistor akong nabutang, my 500 ml. gasoline with A/C ON nakadagan ug 8.3 km diha sa bigfoot SRP nahug ug upat ug tunga ka round trip nako diha gatuyok2x ra ko with a modded lata sa thinner nga container hehehe pero naay fuel pump with pressure switch nya plugged sa cigarette lighter socket, di lang nako i-post ang akong binuhat kay joker kaayo delikado pa gyud, murag maka ingon ta nga "kids dont try this at home" nga slogan, pero kung walay A/C makadagan ko ug 9.2 km, ako lang gi 500 ml para di ko madugay ug tuyok2x kapoy sad biya hehe, so kung i times nako ang data nahug ug 1 liter is to 16.6 Km with A/C ON nya 1 liter is to 18.4 Km with A/C OFF, in-ana di-ay ka kalas ug gasolina kung mag A/C hehehe, in theory on a standard sedan we lose 18-25 HP sa atong mga makina if mag A/C ta...sa mga naka honda city 97-99 testingi kuno ninyo ug naa bay mileage increase, bati man sad kung di gyud ninyo ma prove...

    before doing this mod kinahanglan sad ha nga wa moy intake leaks sa inyong mga intake manifolds, functioning sad inyong mga MAP sensor, Idle Air Control Valve, ug TPS, pang ibta sad ug i-condemn ang inyong mga blowby breather with PCV valve, ug top cover breather, this breathers can sometimes cause the throttle body clogging and result to a high mileage sa inyong mga makina, dont worry wa bitaw tay EPA diri hehehe

    skeptical gyud ko sa end results mao na gusto ko makatesting sad mo para daghan na ta maka notice gyud.

    im done and contented with the engine mods, karon ang aesthetics na sad hehe, patabang ta ko ug decide, asa man gyuy mas maayo? ang silver tint? or ang pain black tint? mas pabor man ta ko gud sa silver tint kay aside sa mas daghan siya ug light rays nga ma reject meaning lesser heat on the windshield so colder gamay ang inside compartment, currently black tint ang naka install sa ako-a ron, pero gusto ta ko ug silver tint, unsa kahay mas maayo nuh?



    Here`s a sample pic, im gonna change the theme of the car into a more rugged looking family car, maintain the ride height and I will install a PVC pipe cut in half in the side skirts and paint it black, and paint the front and rear bumpers with rubberized black sad para murag cherry mobile R7 ba nga cellphone hehe (rugged looking phone) the pic below is a sample pic taken from the net, in-ani akong unit minus sa tires, stock pa tawn akong rims , no.1 is the original, the second, third ug fourth ang akong mga proposed plano nga himu-on, sa tan-aw ninyo asa may mas nindut? ang 2? ang 3? ang 4?

    Update: currently installed a switch on the resistors, medyo hinay2x gyud mudagan, swerte na lang ug maka 120 KPH ko sa SRP, usahay kinahanglan sad di-ay ko ug power kay inig magtangas ko sa amo-a mag primera, sigunda na man ko, sauna mag segunda, tresera ra man unta ko, so im putting a switch on the resistors para naa koy ECO mode ug Power mode...

    Yes!!!! naka pa tint ra gyud tawn ko.....silver titanium tint made in U.S.A. 3 hours sad akong waiting time, may gani nag open ang Delta Glass ganiha atbang pahina central fire station, didto ko sa aguila glass sirado man holiday man gud, sakto gyud ang reviews sa net, 90% light and heat rejection, it`s way cooler compartment compared sa black tint, my A/C cycles frequently while im driving thus improving fuel mileage....
