city driving sa jazz 1.3 is around 8-9 km (aircon on), higway is around 10-12k.

1 liter to 9km to 10km, with AC on is actually reasonable in Cebu City driving. *Note* nga specific ni sa Cebu nga traffic, just as the TS asked. Tungod man gud ni kay sa Cebu, dili kaayu ka maka-dire-diretso ug drive, maski kadlawn pa, kay dug-ol raman ang distansya between traffic lights.
