if u want bigger screen and retina display, go ipad4, but If u want more portable and cute and light then imini is for u. .

The very advantage of iPad mini are portability and better design. Mas elegant siya tanawon kaysa iPad4.
Specs wise mas pyter jud ang iPad4, but as a casual user lng dili nimo magamit ang full power sa specs sa iPad mini to the extent nga mag kamang na siya. Display wise, dili nimo kaayo ma notice ang difference sa ratina unless imo e pa dool pag ayo imo dagway sa screen.hehehe

Take note that iPad mini has overtaken full size iPad in terms of sales in last quarter of 2012. Also, the next iPad will follow the design of iPad mini.
