I knew some sites that claims hacking training, but there's no such things such as quick hacker training.
Everything involves with programming, techniques, or some may call it social engineering...... not just "you see it, now you get it" thing. Learn somewhere else.

naaaah, it means, there is "flaws" in the systems. For example: stolen information, unencrypted forms, lacks filtering or error trapping.
From my point of view, the developer/programmer always wins, that is if the system has passed thru thorough testing. When comes to security, also read about consortium, techniques, and encrypting. Also read about people's experiences, blogs and unpublished articles or hidden tips.
Everything goes to "programming".
