mga bro if ang reply sa text kay no "records found", siguro wala ma upload sa computer sa lto. I have a friend nga iya car is gikan mindanao nya gidala niya dri cebu and change niya ang plate no. into cebu nga plate #,so gi hand written ra ang new plate # sa iya papers,pag register nya for this year balik kay kelangan man jud emission test, he found out na wala diay ma upload sa computer. after an hour gi testing nya og text,ni reply na sa mga info bout the car...up for this! very helpful ang text to check if the car u bought has no alarm records at LTO.
