At the 41st Annual Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival, “Canvas” received the 2008 Remi Award. A couple of months back, this G. Toengi starrer was shown at the Regal Arbor Cinema in Austin, Texas. The movie, for the benefit of the charitable group ‘A Window Between Worlds’, was also shown at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival.
