help changed the email with a customize one...

mga mods.. nagchange ko sa akong email ug pinataka nga email.. then karon kailangan paman diay i reactivate nay gi send email validation.. then ang akong gi ilis nga email address kay pinataka man to... unsaon to nako pag retrieve akong account huhuhuhu help me
