How can I activate my old account?

Hi,

I was an old member way back 3 or 4 yrs ago and I wasn't able to open it again since now.
I cant login on it now. I do not know why.
I tried requesting for my password through my old email but I never get one.
Any other way to get my old account?
Please help me.

if you tend to remember your Username then it will be easy to retrieve your account..

try logging in your username, then for the forgotten password.. it will asko for your email address..

This time be sure to remember the email ad you used to register and everything will be in place.

Its not that easy actually.

On my case, i was Jack, registered since Sept.2004
My email account is jackdi_ph@yahoo.com

When i tried to use the "forgotten password" thing, the system gave me a jackdi as my new nick ID together with a new password. Yes, password can be changed in an instant. Pero ang ang ako ID, dili na mabalik.

It seems the system is picking-up the "first whole word" in my email. Hence, the "jackdi".

Now you see, im now a "jackdi" with the same avatar as when i was "Jack" of course.
By the way, ako na gihimo ako avatar nga inong ana because of the art inspiration i got from Master Beor's avatar sa una. Katong ang iya avatar was murag negative film or infra red. Ako pod gi-negative ako picture in the background of my avatar.
...one of the proofs nga i am the Jack of 2004...

Oh well... eventhough i really like my old ID as it got a great meaning to me... it's not the end of the world anyway

I know for sure that i made my move being a "JackDi" around June 2008 kay hangtod karon, wala pa nako gi-erase ang ako PM to Master Beor which was in June 14, 2008.

Og kanang imo gi-mention of may last posts as "Jack" on May 2008 is very logical pod.

Sarcasm aside, but don't you see the bigger picture?
I was "Jack" until May 14, 2008.
And then i became "JackDi" on June 2008.
That simply means that something happened in between.

Clue pleassee: I remember iStorya was running on back-up server during this time due to upgrades.

^ Yes. There's something wrong siguro why naka acquire ka anang "jackdi" nga profile while trying to use the "Forgot your password" thing. Sorry Sir, but I can't help it.
