this is a culture that needs to be changed..
if we treat newbies with respect, they will live up to it..
if we treat them initially with scorn and disgust, they will act accordingly also..
unfortunately, nobody just seems to care on changing this culture.. its inherent in almost all aspects in our society today.. wherever you go, whether youre a newbie at the workplace, or in the classroom, or in the government..

this culture is not limited to Filipinos only... even in the states, if you are new you are not respected easily. you'll have to work hard to earn your respect and be part of the group. just follow rules, answer politely or post politely for you not to be hated...

Kanang dli taga syudad, nga naanad nga molabang lang ug bisan asa sa ilang lugar.
Kung bag.o pa cla sa syudad nya maka jay walking dli ba gud dakpon sa citom.

Since estudyante pa ta kung mag exam nya not following instruction itlog man diretso ang score.

Nya pag check sa manual kay dapat ing.ani d.i dli pareha sa uban.

Yah agree ko kay TS, newbie man japon ko, kung naa man ganing sayop or dili mao nga category iya na butngan, dapat tudluan lang or ang PM na bahala ana, ang uban man gud kay manginsulto or mag.post nga makalain sa iya buot so ma discourage na hinoun ang newbie pag padayon.. okimz....

sakto nga ni agi ta tanan pag ka newbie.
pero ang uban, magparegister lang for the sake of becoming a member sa istorya. d man lang maka basa sa rules ang regulations.
