i watched some of valero's fights on you tube....
his record is only an exaggeration of what he can truly do... even boomboom bautista can knock him out..... he can punch... the same as pacquiao... relentlessly.... and the same as pacquiao.... has a very poor defensive strategy..... but comparing their respective power.... pacquiao is a stronger fighter.... way way way stronger.... pacquiao versus valero? i guess valero will be knocked out in less than 5 rounds.... |

in my opinion, valero will have a hard time catching guzman.. he's just too slick and has great footwork.. i like to see JMM and guzman go at it.. both are technical fighters and very accurate with their punches.. lndt pud ta to kng c valero ug katsidis(pro bag.o lng na pildi) kay mga brawlers..

Edwin Valero will just be another addition to Manny Pacquiao's long list of KO victims. Valero is a tremendous puncher and a brawler but he can't withstand Manny's punches. He is just trying to make an easy route to fame.
Sorry for him but Juan Marquez is more deserving to fight Pacquiao for a third and probably final installment. |

i think many pacman is an ultimate boxer:
naa syay power - he can knockdown champions lik.on - even clean shots from champions cant knock him down, dli sad maka follow through charm- sikat man speed mental toughness- discipline- he train seriously i think d only person dat can beat pacman is someone na makaya iyang punches, example to this kay holyfield vs tyson, n holyfield can absorb punches of tyson.. mao pildi na.. maayo sad ni undang syag sugal, kuhaan sad ug bisyo.. i think valero can beat him, pro sayang lng jud ni sya.. he fights like duran.. |

The quality of Edwin Valero's opponents are way too far from the quality of Manny Pacquaio's opponents which makes me think that he's not ready to face somebody of Pacman's caliber. Being a KO artist and a super puncher will not work against Pacquiao, he will definitely need something more than that.
But at least fighting Manny Pacquiao will make his pockets fatter. |

1) JMM.. maglisud pero posible kaayo. JMM's counterpunching savvy is a contrapelo to Pacman's fighting style. Had it not for Pacman's raw power, JMM could have beaten him fair and square. however, Pacman is too strong a puncher for JMM. interesting to note that JMM have never been knocked-out... testament to this mexican's staying power.. pero dili gyud nikaya kang Pacquiao. 2) Joan "Lill Tyson" GUZMAN.. style-wise he can beat Manny as he's a slick and stylish boxer-type of fighter. he's speedy too. 3) Jorge Linares... he's an up and coming monster puncher. This Venezuelan may turn out to be the latino that can beat the "mexican assassin". He punished Larios in 10 rounds, causing Chololo's brain clot that prevents him from fightin in Vegas again. remember also that Manny was not able to KO Larios when the two met in Araneta. Linares may be more powerful a puncher than Pacquiao. 4) Vasquez... this is a tough SOB mexican fighter. a former sparring partner by Manny himself, he may very well know and grown too familiar with Manny's boxing style... negative factor only is that he's smaller than Manny. |
